Chronic wounds that stall at the inflammatory phase of healing may create several life-threatening complications such as tissue damage, septicemia, and organ failures. In order to prevent these adverse clinical outcomes accelerate wound process, it is crucial monitor status in real-time so immediate therapeutic interventions can be implemented. addition, continuous monitoring drug overdose site, leading on-demand personalized delivery. Inflammatory mediators, Interleukin-6 (IL-6) Interleukin-10 (IL-10) are promising indicators for progression predictors disease severity. Toward this end, work reports a flexible patch multiplexed IL-6 IL-10 site provide feedback on inflammation wound. An optimized composition gold nanoparticles integrated multiwalled carbon nanotube was demonstrated improve sensor performance substantially. The also exhibited excellent repeatable, reversible, drift characteristics. A miniaturized Internet-of-things (IoT)-enabled potentiostat developed with realize wearable system. This IoT-enabled device provides smart cost-effective solution improving existing care through continuous, real-time, in-situ multiple biomarkers.
